At Tasteluis, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The item is not on clearance, final sale, or custom-made


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items not due to shipping defects

  • Personalized or custom-ordered products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email contact@tasteluis.com within 14 days of receiving the product

  2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos (if applicable)

  3. Await instructions and approval from our customer support team


4. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier

  • Tasteluis is not liable for returned items lost or damaged in transit


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
