We currently ship to all regions within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact our support team at contact@tasteluis.com before placing your order.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Custom orders or items temporarily out of stock may require additional processing time.


3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order value.

  • Free shipping may be available on promotional campaigns or for qualifying orders (e.g., orders over £50).

  • Express or next-day shipping is available for selected products.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status in real time.


6. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or absence of recipient, redelivery charges may apply.

  • If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or refund (excluding shipping costs).


7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or is missing:

  • Report the issue to contact@tasteluis.com within 3 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos and your order number

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation


8. International Shipping

International delivery is not available by default but may be arranged on request. All customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
